These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AppBox ("the App"), developed and operated by TouchTap Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Summary: AppBox is available exclusively on the iOS App Store for Apple devices. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. All imported data is publicly available metadata from the Apple App Store. We don't employ third-party analytics, and your data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AppBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
AppBox is an iOS application that allows you to:
- Save and collect apps from the Apple App Store
- Organise apps into collections with tags and custom fields
- Analyse app metadata, keywords, ratings, and reviews
- Track price, rating, and version changes over time
- Export your collections in CSV or JSON formats
- Sync data across your devices via iCloud
3. Availability
AppBox is available exclusively on the Apple App Store for devices running iOS 17.4 or later. The App is compatible with iPhone and iPad. Availability may vary by region and is subject to App Store policies.
4. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
4.1 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Free Features
The free version of AppBox includes:
- Save up to 3 apps per day
- Organise apps into collections
- Add tags and custom fields
- View basic app information
- Watch an ad to access daily insights
5.2 Pro Features
The Pro unlock (one-time purchase) includes:
- Unlimited app saves
- Full analytics and insights
- Review sentiment analysis (up to 500 reviews)
- Price and version history tracking
- Export to CSV and JSON
- Ad-free experience
5.3 Payment and Billing
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Prices may vary by region and are displayed in local currency
- Pro unlock is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription
5.4 Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 App Store Data
All app data imported into AppBox is publicly available metadata from the Apple App Store. This includes app names, descriptions, ratings, reviews, screenshots, and other publicly accessible information.
6.2 User Data
- We do not collect personally identifiable information
- Your data is stored locally on your device
- If iCloud is enabled, data syncs to your personal iCloud account
- We do not have access to your iCloud data
- We do not employ third-party analytics services
6.3 Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Apple CloudKit: For optional iCloud sync (data remains in your personal Apple account)
- Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchase processing
- Google AdMob: For non-personalised ads in the free version

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by TouchTap Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
7.2 Third-Party Content
App metadata, icons, screenshots, and other content from the App Store belong to their respective owners (Apple Inc. and individual app developers). AppBox displays this publicly available information for informational purposes only.
7.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (collections, tags, custom fields, notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
We do not guarantee that app metadata from the App Store will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. App Store data may change at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOUCHTAP LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
- Any decisions made based on information provided by the App
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TouchTap Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App ends
- You must cease all use of the App
- Data stored locally on your device remains yours
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TouchTap Ltd regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
